Shipping Policy
Our normal processing time is 1-2 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS from New Orleans, Louisiana. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages. For shipping-related concerns, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

Refund Policy
Due to the customization of each order and for hygiene and sanitation reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your cart before checking out.
